Training

There are a variety of training opportunities available for participants in ATLAS implementation. Paid training is available at conferences and online through the vendor. Custom training will be developed to fit each stage of implementation. Informational presentations have also been assembled as reference. Below are some inconsistencies noted during WOU's CAS installation:

Page 24: The Year-Term file format is printed in the wrong order -- although the example is in the right order.  The fix is that INST_TERM_DESC should come before START_TERM_IND rather than after.

Page 30: The course bank import file format doesn't list "Category Title," which should follow "Course Hours High."  (I haven't checked, the example with a course memo on Page 31.  The OUS schools should be in good shape with the course bank since the code was written centrally).

Page 39: Again, the file format is wrong for the academic program import file.  The correct order should be First Category, Second Category, Third Category, Status of First Category, Status of Second Category, Status of Third Category, Program Code, First Year/Month offered, Last Year/Month offered, COM Override, CIP Code, Program URL, Program Note, Program Question.  The CIP code should be entered with the decimal point.
